Warranty
We at Florida Arms Manufacturing Company, Inc. (FAMCO) are extremely proud of our products and craftsmanship. To further instill customer satisfaction, FAMCO will warranty all products for life, under normal and safe firing conditions, to the original purchaser. FAMCO products must be registered online within 30 days from date of purchase. Failure to register online within 30 calendar days from date of purchase voids all warranties expressed or implied.
Our products must be installed and/or assembled by a qualified gunsmith. Products modified in any way from factory original condition are not covered by this warranty.
All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable. If any product requires our attention, proof of purchase, installing gunsmiths contact information and a return authorization number (RO#) is required. Damaged product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of FAMCO Inc.
Important to Note
Some of the goods which FAMCO offers for purchase may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local Law. FAMCO is an authorized dealer of all the goods it offers for sale, but does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. Check your local laws for restrictions before ordering any firearm parts. All firearm parts can be shipped customer-direct. All firearms must be shipped to an authorized FFL license holder.
FAMCO Privacy Policy
FAMCO collects information required to complete online transactions, such as a valid email address, names, addresses and phone numbers and any applicable billing information
such as credit card numbers. FAMCO requires payment information to be collected for each order, since it is not stored online. FAMCO web server uses cookies to
identify users after they have logged in and to keep track of items added to the shopping cart. FAMCO does not keep any persistent information on your computer; our cookies
expire when you close your web browser or after a specified time. FAMCO also collects statistics about users visiting and using the web site.

NO. FAMCO does NOT sell, rent or lease any personal information, including email addresses.
